It depends exclusively on the Hiring Management, Performance Management, Career and Succession Plans and Dynamic Portal modules.
The aim of this module is to support company training management at all levels, linking it to the career plans, projects and performance management. It also includes the administration of suppliers, infrastructure, calendars, costs and indicators. The module is elaborated based on the concept that development or training plans must focus on the organization and personnel needs, depending on their function and activities. This position does not prevent the open welcome to the training requests of managers and employees.
First, training and/or development needs are detected. There is a comparison between those competencies and requirements, plus their development level, defined for the positions, and the actual employee competencies. The GAP that arises from this comparison will be reduced by training plans.
This module is aimed at midsize and large organizations that wish to increase their intellectual capital through the development and growth of their resources. This is done by aligning training with strategic goals, and linking improvement programs with career plans defined in the global goals.
It is possible to carry out a training plan according to the needs of the organization and the strategic goals. This can be done in a participative and transparent way, seeking the highest benefit and productivity for the employee, and the highest return on investment for the organization.
The Development Management module allows organizations:
• To administrate and optimize schedules for the plan activities
• To extract costs and indicators related to finished training sessions. To make a projection according to scheduled training activities for the future
• To administrate all matters related to training activities: content, organizational aspects, education centers, instructors, infrastructure, logistics, available places, expenses, etc.
• To offer the possibility of putting career plans together based on needs, with a curricula establishing activity priorities related to the competency levels to be developed for each position and career plan
This module is specifically linked to consulting services that support an intellectual capital development policy of the company.
Once the module has been described and the importance of the TRAINING PLANS has been defined, it is essential to mention that the resulting information must be contained. With this objective, the auxiliaries and the previous modules will assist with the necessary information and configuration. In summary, in order to benefit from the complete module capacity, it is necessary to install the Organizational Management module and its configuration.
